1. About Tilawa Academy

Tilawa Academy provides online Qur’an, Tajweed, Arabic language and Islamic studies programmes for children and adults.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By registering, booking a trial lesson, purchasing lessons or using our educational services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Children and parental responsibility

Students under 18 must be enrolled or authorised by a parent or legal guardian. Parents remain responsible for appropriate supervision and communication relating to the student.

4. Lessons and schedules

Lessons are arranged according to the agreed schedule and teacher availability. The Academy may make reasonable changes to lesson times or teachers when necessary.

5. Attendance

Students should join lessons on time and have a suitable device, microphone and internet connection.

6. Teachers

The Academy aims to provide suitable teachers and may replace or reassign a teacher where required for educational, safeguarding or operational reasons.

7. Payments

Fees and billing arrangements are explained before enrolment or purchase. Continued access to paid lessons may depend on payments remaining up to date.

8. Educational results

Progress varies between students. Tilawa Academy does not guarantee a particular level of memorisation, fluency, examination result or completion date.

9. Behaviour

Students, parents, teachers and staff must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, threats, inappropriate communication or deliberate disruption are not acceptable.

10. Intellectual property

Educational materials created by Tilawa Academy are intended for personal educational use unless otherwise stated.

11. Service availability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where services are affected by maintenance, internet problems, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated when reasonably necessary. The latest version will appear on this website.
