1. Our approach

We aim to deal with complaints fairly, respectfully and within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Making a complaint

Please explain the issue clearly and provide relevant information such as the student name, lesson and date.

3. Review

The Academy may review available records and speak with relevant teachers, staff, students or parents.

4. Safeguarding complaints

Where a complaint raises a safeguarding issue, protection of the student will take priority.

5. Respectful communication

Critical feedback is accepted, but abusive, threatening or harassing communication is not.
